Looking for a specific post you liked or saved, but having a hard time finding it? Search your history securely and locally in your browser.

Open Accounts Center

Open the Instagram app and navigate to your Profile → Menu (Hamburger) → Accounts Center.

Download Information Page

Navigate to Your information and permissions → Download your information.

Select Account & Detail Level

Click Download or transfer information, select your account, and choose Some of your information.

Choose Likes & Saved Items

Scroll down and select Likes and Saved from the list of data types.

Set Format to JSON (Crucial)

Change the Format dropdown option from HTML to JSON, choose your desired date range, and click Create File.

Download and Extract

Wait for the email from Meta, download the ZIP archive, and extract liked_posts.json or saved_posts.json.
